Luminess Tan: What You Need To Know
If you’re looking for a flawless, smooth, bronze sun tan without having to sit in the sun burning, the the Luminess Tan system could be for you. The adverts claim that you can easily learn how to apply it yourself without any horrible streaks or unattractive spots. Are the adverts telling the truth – there’s much detail that isn’t presented in detail – I set out to find out…
What I was really interested in was whether the Luminess tanning airbrush would not only work but get me better results than using regular lotions or creams.
The tanning takes place after you’ve let the lumpiness solution get to work on your skin – luckily there’s a coloured pigment in the formula so you can see where it’s covering as you spray it. This gives you a good idea of what the finished look will be like. Without this using the supplied airbrush would be very hard – you could end up a very strange combination of light and dark! The problem with many clear creams is that you over do some areas and miss others causing exactly that streaking problem.
The adverts tell you how controllable the airbrush is, and, to be fair it’s not bad. You can adjust the flow and change how much is getting sprayed on – but don’t think you’ll be a genius at it first time round. The first time you get it out of the box you’re going to need to get some practice. This can be fun with a friend or just try in front of your bathroom mirror. You would be best to stand in the bath or shower as you’re likely to get it in more places than you’d really like.
The art of applying the solution is to learn the optimum distance to hold the airbrush away from your body and master the best motion to use for decent coverage. Once you’ve had a go it gets much easier and you’ll soon find that you can apply a very professional tan whenever you fancy.
I would recommend the Luminess Tan system with no hesitation, check it out here.
